Pluto Time is time of the day when the amount of light reaching your location on Earth is the same as the amount of light reaching Pluto at noon. People all over the world have been recently taking pictures of Pluto Time at their location and here is my contribution to this event. All of that has been of course triggered by NASA sending its spacecraft to photograph Pluto and if you want to learn more (and find out when is your Pluto Time), here is the link: http://solarsystem.nasa.gov/plutotime/

- I am a neuroscientist working on deciphering mechanisms behind mitochondrial life cycle in neuronal cells. At the same time I recognise the importance of science communication both among scientists and broader public. The Figure Makover blog is meant to help scientists present their results in a clear, understandable way. You can also find me on Twitter: @GBPlucinska
